This medium acidity Pinot Noir has savoury, red cherry flavours with a touch of spice and smooth tannins. Minimal intervention practices are used to create the wine which is unfiltered and unfined.

Prossimo is a wine venture of Duncan Buchanan (with over 25 years wine-making experience) focusing on varieties that work best in their particular region. It began with a parcel of fruit from Halls Gap and in 2016, expanded to include a Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir.
