Refunds and Exchanges
Harold's Food and Liquor does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind on all Liquor, Beverages and Food it sells.
If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible at info@haroldsfoodandliquor.com.au and we will see if the order can be changed or cancelled. We cannot however guarantee this is possible as the shipping process might already be underway.
Harold's Food and Liquor Returns policy includes the rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
"Consumers have basic rights, known as consumer guarantees when buying products and services. These rights are under the Australian Consumer Law. Under the consumer guarantees, consumers are entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or cancellation if there's a problem with a product or service."
In the event that your purchase arrives damaged, faulty or not as described upon receipt, or somehow we have breached the Australian Consumer Guarantee we will offer a refund, credit or exchange upon full receipt and evidence of the issue (photo and description). This includes a refund of postage if applicable where Harold's Food and Liquor is at fault. Please note, minor label and / or packaging scuffing is impossible to avoid in any packing environment. We will not offer replacements for minor label or packaging damages.
