1314 Pinot Noir is from a blend of vineyard sites from our property, primarily clones MV6, 114 and 115, planted in 1976, 1997 and 2004. The 2025 vintage is a barrel selection based on an earlier bottling regime and younger drinking window. Aromas of raspberries, cherries, and brambly fruits combine with a lively, energetic character and a delicate rose petal perfume, making the wine immediately inviting. The palate is supple and textural, continuing the riot of berries with hints of spice, while fine, persistent tannins provide structure and balance. Layered and elegant, the wine carries through to a long, refined finish, showing charm and sophistication well beyond its price point.
