Bowmore 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml

Bowmore 12 Year Old, a hallmark Islay single malt aged 12 years in ex‑bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, pours a warm amber gold and offers beautifully balanced aromas of lemon zest, heather honey and soft coastal peat smoke. 

On the nose it feels fresh and subtle with honeyed citrus, vanilla and floral notes woven into gentle earthy smoke and sea air minerality . The palate delivers a smooth, lightly oily texture, with flavors of sweet honey, ripe orchard fruit, light dark chocolate and a hint of brine beneath the smoke. 

The finish is long, mellow and balanced—smoky with a lingering sweetness and a touch of wood-char complexity. 

While some whisky drinkers find it slightly thin at 40% ABV, it remains approachable even for peat-curious newcomers and offers classic Islay character without overwhelming intensity.
