Bracket Brewing New Crop DIPA 440ml

Our latest hazy DIPA spotlights some of the best US hops we've gotten our hands on recently. We've loaded it with two distinct lots of Citra - ranging from bright citrus zest to ripe peach aromas during evaluation - alongside Simcoe and a touch of NZ Cascade to tie it all together.

We've subtly increased the bitterness to perfectly balance the juicy fruit character and honor the style's roots. Expect heaps of tropical fruit like red papaya and mango plus a big, fuzzy mouthful of peach.
