Bright Brewery M.I.A IPA 355ml

Named in honour of our former head brewer Jon—who, on the very afternoon the first batch of this IPA was due to be kegged, went for a “quick” lunchtime paraglide (in true Bright fashion) and ended up missing for eight hours after an emergency landing on nearby Mt Feathertop with no phone. MIA IPA stands as one of the first true West Coast IPAs brewed in Australia. It’s a bold celebration of the style, packed with resinous pine, zesty grapefruit, bright citrus, and a hit of passionfruit—all the big hop flavour you’d expect from a classic West Coast.
