Castelmaure La Buvette 2024

Castelmaure is a 102-year-old co-op based in rocky Corbières in France’s southwest. They make unfussed, guzzleable wine from well-farmed plots around the region and have cultivated long-term relationships with many of their intergenerational farmers.

This is 60% Grenache, 40% Carignan, both hand-picked and carbonic macerated for a plush rouge that is best drunk slightly chilled with something salty and fatty
