Tasting Notes

A clean grist of pilsner and wheat malt, with dextrin for backbone, lets the fresh hops shine. Motueka and NZ Cascade from Clayton Hops deliver fresh-squeezed citrus punch - Motueka's mojito lime and lemon zest meet Cascade's bright grapefruit and tropical fruits, finishing with fresh-hop dank edge and crisp snap. (think the face you make biting a lemon, but without the sour)
