Tasting Notes

A crisp Pilsner malt base, blended with wheat and light crystal malt, provides a bright backdrop with subtle hints of honey and fresh bread. Two heavy-hitter fresh hops, Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin, lead the charge. Nectaron yields a bold pineapple punch, harmonized by Nelson Sauvin's gooseberry tartness and cold climate white grape notes. Both bring that Aotearoa hops passionfruitiness we all love, making each sip a fresh hop hit you won't forget.
