Le Juice Fleurie Gamay 2022

Launched in 2019. Sourced from a single site called ‘La Cabane’ on the slopes of La Madonne in Fleurie, this 100% Gamay comes from 35-year-old bush vines rooted in coarse sand and pink granite. It undergoes 10 days of whole-bunch carbonic maceration in concrete, then rests for six months in tank before being bottled young with a minimal sulphur addition. The result is a juicy, vibrant wine with a fleshy mid-palate that evolves beautifully over several days.
