Mada Wines Pinot Gris 2023 750ml

This Pinot Gris is sourced from the Freeman vineyards in Young, in the cool Hilltops area.

It's tangy and crunchy with fresh mandarin, citrus and some good old fashioned PG pear flavour's flowing across the palate.

Texture is always important in this wine, and it's no different this year, with some carbonic maceration, a touch of skins, and maturation in old French oak.
