From one of the highest and coolest sites in the McLaren Vale GI, this Pinot Noir offers impressive depth and character. Grown on the windswept Peters Creek vineyard straddling the Adelaide Hills, it’s crafted from a mix of clones, fermented with both whole bunches and de-stemmed fruit. Two weeks on skins builds structure, while ageing in old French barrels and tank for nine months preserves purity and freshness. Unfined, unfiltered, with minimal sulphur, this is a raw, expressive Pinot that reflects its rugged site with finesse and energy.
