Mezzo Shiraz 2023

Mezzo Shiraz 2023 comes from the Limestone Coast’s Wrattonbully region, where Terra Rossa soils over limestone produce a refined and expressive style of Shiraz. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in seasoned French oak, it shows balance, vibrancy, and food-friendly appeal.

The nose is lifted and aromatic, with notes of dark berries, raspberry, blackberry, and hints of violet alongside subtle spice. The palate is medium bodied and supple, offering flavours of juicy red fruits, blackberry, and white pepper with gentle savoury undertones. Fine tannins and fresh acidity carry the wine to a bright, clean finish, making it versatile for pairing with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and charcuterie.
