Very vibrant ripe lemon, lime zest and kiwi fruit and green pears. An interesting little blossom honey twist. That palate, so fresh and clean, you crunch down on the acidity but slurp up the slightly waxy, slightly pithy texture with that same green kiwi fruit flavour running the show.
