This Pinot Gris - unlike any other really - is the perfect example of winemaker Neil Prentice's unique philosophy.

Far from the many simple, watery Pinot Gris and Grigios on the market today, this gets the full kitchen sink thrown at it from Neil. Multiple picks and multiple baumes, whole bunches, partial barrel ferment, lees stirring, varying yeast strains, minimal additions.
All of this adds incredible texture and complexity to what is gloriously pure Gippsland fruit with amazing natural acidity.
This wine is not boring. It's Pinot Gris at its most interesting, from a fascinating producer!
