Mountain Culture x Du Cane 'Meet me in the Mittle' Festbier 500ml

A proper celebration of German brewing, made in collaboration with our friends at Du Cane Brewing in Launceston. This is a Festbier built around an unusually luxurious malt bill, with every grain coming from Weyermann’s premium floor-malted range. That traditional process brings extra depth and complexity to the malt character, giving the beer layers of fresh bread, golden biscuit and delicate honeyed sweetness without ever becoming heavy.

Hallertau Mittelfrüh provides the classic finishing touch of floral, herbal and lightly spicy hop character that balances the rich malt, keeping the palate remarkably fresh. The result is everything you want from a Festbier: elegant, full-flavoured and dangerously drinkable, with a soft malt richness, subtle bitterness and a clean, crisp finish.
