Prossimo Grampians Syrah 2017 750ml

Strong red fruit on the nose - blackberries, plum, cherry. Bold notes on the palate, acidic on the front palate, mid level tannins with an earthy finish.

Prossimo is a wine venture of Duncan Buchanan (with over 25 years wine-making experience) focusing on varieties that work best in their particular region. It began with a parcel of fruit from Halls Gap and in 2016, expanded to include a Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir.
