Range Brewing x One Drop Brewing Ways To Go Fusion Hazy DIPA 440ml

Ways To Go is a brand new fusion double IPA that we’ve brewed in collaboration with our buddies from One Drop as the third edition to our Postcards From Sydney series.

For this beer, we used their trademark Clean Fusion method, a technique that leads to less time in tank, deeper flavours and a really clean final product that has the ABV of a DIPA but drinks like a hazy pale ale. Pairing that One Drop process with our own DIPA base and dry hopping techniques really brought to life the whole reason why we started this series to merge our industry knowledge for a pretty damn juicy result.

This DIPA pours a milky haze with an ultra fluffy, white head.  On the nose, you’d think you were smelling fresh mango, papaya, lychee, lime and orange from the Sunday markets. On the palate it gets even fruitier, with sticky mango nectar, guava, orange juice, and a few splashes of dragonfruit for good measure. Rest assured, there's plenty of flavour and low bitterness that’s not overly dense (courtesy of the Clean Fusion technique) making it dangerously drinkable. We thought we had ways to go to find our favourite DIPA of the year, but this fruit salad has made us think otherwise.
