Biru Shiso Yuzu Gose is brewed with fresh Mountain Yuzu, Japanese Shiso and sea salt harvested from the Gippsland Coastline. Bright, zesty, juicy and tart with a light floral tang and refreshing salty lip. Brewed in collaboration with our friend and ex-brewer Naru Handa of Falò Brewing in both Japan and Australia, it's a remote-collaboration!
