The nose is expressive with classy and clean fruit of green lime and stone fruits. Complex, layered aromatics of high intensity show lifted talc, lemon rind, fruit tingle, watercress, and apple blossom. The palate is abundant with fruit, providing salivating lemons, Bickford lime, and refreshing acid. Polish Hill River minerality shines through with persistent intensity and fine structure.
