A classic Sauvignon Blanc, with a little bit of edge! Clear and pale in the glass, this has exoticism mixed with freshness. Plenty of passionfruit and peach in the fruit characters, mixed with brioche and chalk for some roundness and zest respectively. Juicy, with plenty of character.
