Wolf of the Willows Salted Caramel S'Mores-Man Barrel Aged Milk Stout 355ml

Salted Caramel S’Mores Man is a barrel aged milk stout that takes inspiration from the classic campfire treat and layers it with whisky barrel complexity. Aged for 24 months in Tasmanian whisky barrels, it pours a deep, velvety brown with a creamy tan head.

The aroma is rich and inviting, combining toasted marshmallow, milk chocolate, graham cracker, vanilla, caramel and a touch of sea salt. The palate is smooth and indulgent with caramel sweetness, biscuit depth, and waves of marshmallow and chocolate balanced by a subtle saline edge. Oak and spice from the barrel provide warmth and structure, adding complexity to the creamy body. At 6.0% ABV, it is decadent yet approachable, delivering a lingering dessert like finish.
