Zab's St. Augustine Style Hot Sauce 177ml

Zab's Hot Sauces are from California USA and all feature the Datil Pepper, a rare pepper, grown in St Augustine Florida and similar in heat to a habanero but sweeter and much stronger lingering burn.

This sauce is made in the traditional St Augustine way taking full advantage of the Datil Pepper flavour and heat. It has a smooth consistency with earthy undertones from tumeric, mustard and molasses and a delicious tangy, sweet finish thanks to tomato, pineapple juice and cider vinegar. The burn on this hot sauce is not upfront, the Datil Pepper does its thing delivering a burn right at the back of the throat after a little delay, heavenly!
